As a project gets into the implementation phase, keeping up with your emails can take more time..

• Start your project with a strategy for how you will want to organize your emails and documents later as the project expands.
• Your project team does not know (usually) how much e-mail you get. Communicate with them what types of email you want to receive, and how they can best get your attention when it is needed (by setting the "urgent" flag, or by putting a special word in the email subject).
